Gabby Cohen is the SVP of Brand, Communications and Business Development at Rent the Runway. RNamed #9 on CNBC’s Disruptor 50 list for 2018, Rent the Runway is transforming the $2.4 trillion global fashion industry by introducing clothing rental as a utility for women. The company includes a revolving roster of over 150 designer brands, 25,000 dresses, 1200+ employees, and over 9 million members and has raised approximately $31 million in venture capital funding.

Most recently, Gabby led comms at SoulCycle as SVP of PR and brand strategy. She joined SoulCycle as its fifth corporate employee and helped to set up the company’s marketing and PR departments, scaling the team to more than 25 employees in several markets. She was instrumental in growing the company from 5 to over 85 studios, while ridership increased from 1,300 daily riders to nearly 18,000. She made PRWeek’s 40 under 40 list for her work at SoulCycle.

JB Osborne is the Co-Founder & CEO at Red Antler, leading brand company for startups and new ventures. The company's clients include Google, Casper, Allbirds, Rent the Runway, Brandless, Foursquare, Birchbox, Hinge and Boxed. 

JB works with clients on brand positioning, user experience, business strategy and marketing. He's worked for clients such as Procter & Gamble, General Mills, and was instrumental in the award winning international launch of Air Tahiti Nui. JB is also a member of the board of directors for Bed Bath & Beyond.
