Prior to Peloton, Lillian worked as the Senior Manager of Customer Insights at Blue Apron, where she managed qualitative and quantitative research across all customer audiences, designed and executed end-to-end research studies, and worked cross-functionally to optimize the Blue Apron experience at all touchpoints, from signup and account management to menus and meals.
