JR is the Director of Business Development and Sales at Relativity, the first autonomous factory and launch service for rockets. JR is responsible for leading all commercial sales and strategic partnerships.

Prior to Relativity, JR served as Business Development Director at Virgin Orbit, where he led commercial and civil sales for the LauncherOne program. JR also worked for Thuraya Telecommunications Company where he led all sales and marketing strategies for the North America, as well as SES, where he held a variety of engineering and commercial positions.

JR holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts.
