Position: Songtradr Chief People Officer
Victoria Wiltshire is the Chief People Officer at Songtradr, a world-class music licensing ecosystem that has gained a worldwide reputation for being the fastest-growing B2B music platform in the world – bringing artists, creators, and brands together to innovate, collaborate, and create a fair exchange of music rights.
Victoria’s unique industry perspective has sprung from over 3 decades of being an artist, songwriter/producer, and subsequently building businesses from the ground up. Her expertise covers many areas from navigating the music business, building a visual content division where she became Chief Experience Officer, to establishing an efficient, holistic People department.
Victoria's professional music career began as a recording artist with Australian group, 'Culture Shock' after signing to Sony Music in 1993, resulting in a top #20 national single. She then expanded into songwriting, production, and artist development. In 2003, Victoria formed a songwriting/production partnership with music producer, now-husband, Paul Wiltshire. The pair wrote and produced for The Backstreet Boys, Australian Idol, Engelbert Humperdinck, and more, with sales exceeding 15 million internationally.
