Joy Lai is the Chief Marketing Officer at Kitchen United, the leading ghost kitchen company that’s raised $56M and is backed by GV (formerly Google Ventures), NYC real estate giant RXR Realty, and more.
Joy brings 19 years of experience leading growth for Enterprises and SMBs, including launching/scaling products and optimizing marketing, media, and channel strategies. Personally, she has also invested in EMC, a seafood and raw bar concept in Los Angeles.
Before Kitchen United, Joy has run several digital/eCommerce businesses in various verticals, including Travel & Leisure, Dental, and Florist. She also previously held strategic leadership roles at Internet Brands, The Wonderful Company, and Bain & Company.
